Powders and Binders

Material composition is defined, customizable according to your wishes.

Feedstock

Powders and binders have to be thoroughly mixed to maximize microstructural properties.

Injection Molding

The feedstock is plasticized and injected into a tool with process parameters that are precisely tuned and monitored.

Debinding

Debinding reduces the binding agent content and consequently enhances the density.

Thermal Process

During the thermal process, the binder residues are released and the component achieves its final stability.

Finished Component

Because of the near net shape manufacturing, parts do not normally need to be refinished.

Quality Assurance

We will test your component according to your specifications - 100% check or random sampling.
